Stellar is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of related data in the software and services.
Stellar has the right to determine the maximum storage period of personal users' data in the software and services according to the actual situation. You can back up the relevant data in this software and service according to your own needs;
If you stop using the software and the service or service is terminated or cancelled, Stellar can permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is stopped, terminated or canceled, Stellar is not obliged to return any data to you.

You understand and agree that Stellar has always been committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy and orderly network environment. You must not use Stellar accounts or this software and services to transmit the following to interfere with the normal operation of Ralettes, and to infringe other users or third parties. The contents of legal rights include, but are not limited to:
1.Violations of the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2.Endanger national security, reveal state secrets, subvert state power, and undermine national unity;
3.Damage to national honors and interests;
4.Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
5.Destroy the country’s religious policy and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
6.Spread rumors, disrupt social order and undermine social stability;
7.Dissemination of pornography, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetment of crimes;
8.Insulting or slandering others and infringing the legal rights and interests of others;
9.Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, gathering crowds to disrupt social order;
10.Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations;
11.Non-compliance with the 'seven bottom lines' requirements of laws and regulations, socialist systems, national interests, citizens’ legitimate interests, public order, social morality, and authenticity of information;

Stellar is the intellectual property right holder of this software. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of the software, and all information related to the software (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, relevant data (e.g. electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties. Stellar has the above-mentioned intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant right holders should enjoy according to the law.)
You may not, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, use or permit any third party to implement, use or transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights without the written consent of Stellar or related rights holders.

The traffic in the package shown in this service is an internal billing setup. It does not represent the data traffic cost incurred by your use of the process. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the service.
The terms of this agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason. The remaining provisions are still valid and binding on both parties.
